Sadie Creek 4×4 trails reopen thanks to volunteers

Good news for those who like to go four-wheeling on the Olympic Peninsula! The Sadie Creek 4×4 trails on the north side of Hwy 112 in Clallam County just reopened. Last November, high winds trashed the area leaving downed trees and limbs scattered all over the trail. Now, thanks to many dedicated volunteers, the trail is ready to be used.

Special thanks to the Just Jeep Junkies, Dale Brownfield, Neil Morgan, Bob Edgington, and Bob O’Neal getting out and clearing the area.

If you go riding in this area, please know that these are rugged trails that require good technical skills, so use caution. For more information about riding in the area, contact Wayne Fitzwater at 360-374-2800 or wayne.fitzwater@dnr.wa.gov
