Every second Saturday of every month, DNR’s Northwest Region staff members host a work party at Walker Valley Off-road Vehicle (ORV) Trails, east of Mount Vernon. The next work party is this Saturday, October 8.

Show up at 9 a.m. for the day’s assignment and stay as long as you like. This weekend we’ll be working on a trail maintenance project, with the possibility of hauling rocks.

Be sure to bring water, lunch or snack, and work gloves. If you have a hard hat, bring that, too.

We’ll be there—rain or shine!
