Do you notice all the green foliage around your property? That green-up is fuel that will dry out in the hot summer months, putting your property at risk of wildfire.

Firewise Workshop offered in Twisp
Partnering with DNR, Okanogan County and Okanogan Fire District 6, Okanogan Conservation District will provide valuable advice at a Firewise Communities workshop for landowners this Saturday.

The free workshop will teach you how to adapt to living with wildfire and encourages neighbors to work together and take action now to prevent losses. We all have a role to play in protecting ourselves and each other from the risk of wildfire.
